    Glitter path

Glitter paths are the reflections of a light source on a surface, with the surface often being water.

2013-05-18 - The moon reflected in water. The long exposure combined with relatively calm water resulted in this lissajous-like pattern.

2013-08-24 - The moon reflected in water.

2013-08-25 - The sun reflected in water.

2013-09-24 - The moon reflected in water. In this case the glitter path lies off-centre compared to the

position of the moon, an effect which is caused by the wind.

2014-03-25 - The rising moon reflected in water.

2015-01-25 - The sun reflected in water.

2016-04-23 - The full moon reflected in water. Note the widening of the glitter path as the water gets rougher further away from the coast.
